Whistle blowing Compliance

To promote and encourage this culture of reporting violations as a mechanism to prevent and detect threats to the Company and the public interest, Antolin has set up an Internal Whistleblowing System which includes the Whistleblowing Channel. This channel is the preferred channel to direct claims, complaints or communications in the event of any irregularity or act contrary to the law, internal rules or the commitments and principles set out in our Code of Ethics and Conduct. The informant may identify himself/herself with his/her personal data on filing the report, or do so anonymously. Only our Compliance Department, as Internal Whistleblowing System responsible, will have access to the information received through this channel, which is entrusted to ensure compliance with the Code, and to diligently manage and process the information and complaints received. Antolin's internal whistleblowing channel must be used responsibly and appropriately.
